Manolis Siatounis and Stelios Assariotis are Leaving Matrix

Two of the four shareholders of Matrix Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers, Mr. Manolis Siatounis and Stelios Assariotis, left the administration due to divergence of views on the strategic direction of Matrix. Both of them held a total of 25% of the company’s shares.

The departing shareholders notified (via extrajudicial, according to the statutes of the company) the other two shareholders , Mr. Dimitri Tsesmetzoglou and Gerry Tighe, that they intend to sell their shares.  They are entitled to preference until August 3.

After their departure, Manolis Siatounis and Stelios Assariotis are likely to rejoin in the broker reinsurance market through new forms.

Recall that Matrix has been operating for the last 8 years in the Greek and Cypriot market, while providing reinsurance services in almost all Balkan countries, the Middle East and North Africa.
